We checked in around 8,very unfriendly staff who kept gossiping to each other in Spanish while checking us in, was given a map to go to our appt. We spend 20mins going in rounds. Ended up going to the other guest services , who again kept showing us the way on map, no one moved or offered to come show us. Very har sfor my disabled father to walk long distance to go to appt, and the appt had stais to go to the bedroom and washroom even though i mentioned disabled while booking. Old, dusty and humid.

Tip: ask for the newly renovated sea view apartments when you visit, and you'll have a spectacular stay here. Awesome for family- comes with a fully functional kitchen which makes life simple. 20 mins from Malaga airport by cab/drive and walking distance from Fuengirola (beautiful walkway next to the sea). Weather is mostly awesome, due to its location. The apartments come with parking so you can rent a car for your entire stay, or if you're like us and prefer not to, you still have uber and bolt available easily to get anywhere.
