Excellent location for shopping and visiting the old town (5-10 minute walk). Service could be friendlier and more attentive. The food is okay. There are definitely better hotels with more variety in Antalya. In the evenings, after 8 pm, there was often no freshly grilled meat available, even though the restaurant was busy. The cooks stood bored behind the counter. Only after we asked was the stove turned back on. Room service was disastrous; there was no room service on two out of three days. Only after we asked were the trash cans emptied and fresh towels brought.

The hotel was very good location, very close to a bus stop, shops etc. The hotel staff were friendly. The cleaner lady was always very kind and did a great job as well. The room was always spotless. The waiters were always very attentive. The New Year party was very well organised. The food was very tasty, always hot and fresh. We went to the hairdresser within the hotel and the gentleman called Ayhan was ever so helpful and kind to my daughter who had been thinking of getting highlights done but never quite had the courage to go through with it. He explained everything step by step, always seemed confirmation from my daughter before doing anything to her hair and did a fantastic job with her hair. My daughter was very happy. He also did my hair for the new year and he did a wonderful job with that as well and at a reasonable price as well.

We were looking for the perfect place to celebrate New Year’s Eve and came across an Instagram advertisement for a Gala Evening at the Ramada. Based on the ad, we went to the hotel in person to sign up and secure our spot. However, upon arrival, we were refused registration. We were told the event is exclusive to hotel guests only. The Frustration It was a huge disappointment and a total waste of our time. If an event is restricted to guests staying at the hotel, that should be clearly stated in the marketing. Why run public advertisements on social media if the general public isn't allowed to attend? Very poor communication and misleading promotion. We now have to start our New Year's search all over again.
