The hotel is very nice, but the person at the reception, named Taner, was very disrespectful; he spoke to us in a very vulgar way. We booked the room through Booking.com, and we experienced a problem because of him, and he practically mocked us. Pointing to a girl standing next to him, he claimed she was the hotel owner's daughter and, according to her, he very seriously told us that we had to leave if we didn't pay extra. He didn't want to talk to us at all, constantly claiming that we were too young, which we didn't understand. I would never recommend it. We experienced nothing but disrespect.

We chose this hotel because it was a Ramada, and we incredibly regret it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist named Taner Bey and a woman. We booked two rooms through Booking.com, but because we didn't specify that two people would be staying in the room, they charged us an additional 15 euros per person on top of the amount we paid. When we tried to communicate with the Turkish gentleman there, he laughed and said, "She's the boss's daughter, whatever she says goes. If they don't pay, the reservation will be cancelled, and they won't be able to check in." When we asked why he spoke in that tone, Taner Bey responded, "Am I supposed to help every Turk who comes here?" This completely tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and lowers the standing of all Ramadas. We already paid 250 euros by card, and on top of that, because we didn't specify that we were staying as a group of four despite the rooms being double rooms, he commented, "You booked through an agency, don't argue with me, you can't stay if you don't pay." I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and I will complain everywhere.

This is a disgusting hotel, nothing like any Ramada. A staff member named Taner speaks disrespectfully and uses vulgar language; even though his job is to solve problems, he doesn't care at all. Don't come here, don't recommend it.
