I never thought I would ever give a perfect 10/10 to an accommodation, but Ramirez Flats truly deserves it. Every time we visit Valencia, this will definitely be our choice. The staff is extremely professional, and the cleanliness is maintained at the highest standards — even for someone who is a cleaning freak. We traveled with our 1 year old child, who spends most of his time on the floor, so cleanliness was very important for us. A few days before our arrival, they called us to ask if we would like them to prepare anything in the room for the baby. They arranged a high chair, baby bathtub, baby crib with bedding, and even a small gift that our little one was very excited about. We also requested a quiet room, depending on availability, and they did everything they could to offer us one that did not face the street, which we really appreciated. From the moment you enter the building, everything smells fresh and the floors are spotless (it was raining outside and still so clean inside the hallway!). The reception staff speaks excellent English and is always eager to help. Communication with the reception team is also very easy because they keep in touch with guests via WhatsApp, and they respond very quickly whenever you need something. We also purchased tickets for the main attractions through them at the same price as on the official websites, which was very convenient. On rainy days, they even provided umbrellas at the entrance for guests. They truly pay attention to the small details. As for the apartment itself, it was very clean and perfectly organized. The kitchen is fully equipped — and when I say fully, I mean just like at home. From oven trays, scissors and a pizza cutter, to disposable napkins, dishwasher tablets, a brand-new sponge and cloth, toaster, coffee machine with coffee, tea — basically everything you could possibly need is there. In the bathroom they even provide a hair straightener, which was a nice surprise. The hair shampoo was also surprisingly good, not what you typically expect in a hotel. The bed linens and towels were fresh and smelled wonderful. Housekeeping was done daily and with great attention to detail. They even cleaned the shower glass and cabin every day, so the entire apartment felt disinfected and well aired when we returned in the room. Another thing we really appreciated is that if you need anything extra, you can simply ask at reception — for example disposable slippers or additional body care products and they are happy to provide them. We had a late afternoon flight on our departure day and since our baby usually takes his nap around the original checkout time, we asked if it would be possible to have a later checkout. They kindly extended it free of charge, purely out of goodwill, which we truly appreciated. Congratulations to the people who manage and maintain this place so well. You are doing a wonderful job and I will definitely recommend you to everyone visiting Valencia. As a bonus, the bus stop and metro station are very close, about 10 minutes walking distance to the metro, 5 minutes to the bus. The hotel is also close to a park where we enjoyed daily walks. Right on the corner there is a restaurant with very good food — we even ordered takeaway and ate in the apartment. There are also well-stocked grocery stores nearby, perfect for breakfast, which was very convenient for us traveling with a small child. They offer fresh fruit, ready-made tapas, gluten-free products and basically everything you might need. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful: the room, the welcome, the location, the cleanliness. The apartments offer many little touches that make your stay even more enjoyable (hair straighteners, a kit with non-slip socks for children, body lotion, and much more). Super helpful and friendly staff Perfect location for both the city center and the museum district.
