I want to thank Mustafa, the night manager Karim, and Shaimaa Al-Asal. Thank you so much! I loved the hotel because of your excellent service. In contrast, the employee named Rami had a provocative and disrespectful attitude; he was awful and raised my blood sugar. Only Mr. Karim helped me and got me away from that disrespectful man. Please hire receptionists who treat us with respect, not someone like Rami.

Dirty rooms. Old rooms and it was impossible to sleep due to the poor soundproofing of the windows, as you can hear the cars on the 12th floor.

If you're looking for a quiet, modern hotel, avoid the Ramses Hilton: it doesn't live up to expectations. We stayed for a week on a half-board basis at this hotel: the food was decent, with a full breakfast buffet and a varied dinner buffet. The room was perfectly adequate, but showing its age (the toilet in the bathroom had a leaking cistern, which was repaired in two stages), the Wi-Fi was barely usable in the room and unusable in the common areas. The TV was out of order every other day. There was constant noise: street noise, which the poorly insulated windows did little to dampen, even on the 20th floor, and especially the noise of an orchestra (with an amplifier) throughout the lobby, which the restaurants open onto without any partitions, so that you can practically only speak to each other by shouting in the evening. I think these "concerts" stop after 9 pm. But they start with a piano "concert" very early in the morning. Finally, there are many groups of Asian tourists, whose behavior isn't always very friendly. In short, I strongly advise against this hotel, which is nothing like the other hotels in this chain that I've stayed at.
