The hotel is not too far from the station and is nice and clean, but the attitude of the female front desk staff was a big problem. From last night's check-in to today's check-out, she treated me with contempt and contempt. She didn't even say thank you when I checked out. When I asked a question, she answered without listening to the end and only eagerly. I have another reservation this month, but I would like that female staff member to refrain from dealing with me again.

I stayed here for the first time two years ago and loved it so much that I always stay here whenever I'm in Sendai. The price is reasonable, the amenities are plentiful, and best of all, the rooms are clean, the interior colors are consistent, and they're not too small so you can relax. Also, when I left my luggage before check-in, they lent me a desk so I could organize it. The staff were very kind and the facilities were easy to find, and with a convenience store and the station nearby, I was able to stay comfortably. I opened the curtains once and made eye contact with a resident from the apartment next door, which was awkward, but I guess it's just a part of the charm, and I love this hotel. I'll be staying here again this week.

The amenities were great, which was helpful. At first, I headed from the underground station South 6 and had to go under a small overpass, which surprised me as it was so close, but if you come from the Yodobashi Camera side, it's almost a straight line to the station. Welcome coffee is available until midnight, which is nice, and there was instant coffee in the amenities, so I was able to have coffee in my room in the morning along with some bread I had spotted while sightseeing. The room was simple and, as you'd expect in a business hotel, small but just right, with enough space to open my trunk and put my luggage down, and a tabletop mirror, which were nice touches.
