I couldn't check in and had to wait 30 minutes at the reception desk, which was unmanned. It's unbelievable considering they charged me 50,000 yen. It's a shame as the room was nice.

The room is part of a renovated multi-tenant building, so the view is poor due to the frosted glass. The water heater is noisy. Dust has accumulated on the bars of the shoji screen, and the toilet paper is the thin commercial-grade kind, so it doesn't feel like a suite room... There are no pajamas either. However, the facilities are state-of-the-art, and there are plenty of spare towels. It's very close to Hiroshima Station, so I was satisfied.

Very close to the Hiroshima station. 5 min walk. Look out for the yellow sign and you will also see the hotel sign. Narrow corridor down to the elevator. Stayed in the Presidential Suite. Generous space. Washing machine in the room, no drier but there is a peg hanger. Dishes provided in the kitchen but no cloth to dry them with once you have washed up. No tea or coffee provided which usually is. More towel hooks or rails needed so you can hang towels. Shower door needs tinting so others can use bathroom at same time someone is using the shower. Hotel is right next to the station and eateries so noise all night into the early hours of the following morning. Bring ear plugs ! Clean and tidy, good location to the station.
