Total disappointment — especially for business travelers I'm staying at the Real Classic Bahia Hotel (Pituba) for work and the experience has been extremely frustrating. The hotel simply cannot offer basic conditions for those who need to work. The main problem is the internet: the Wi-Fi connects, but doesn't provide internet access. I've complained several times since Sunday until today (Wednesday) and no one has resolved it. Other serious problems during the stay: • Shower doesn't heat up in the morning • Air conditioning doesn't cool • Cell phone signal practically non-existent in the rooms • Room key frequently stops working • Reception incapable of resolving problems To top it all off, there is no formal complaint channel and breakfast only starts at 6:30 am, which is terrible for those who need to leave early for work. If you travel for work and depend on internet and basic infrastructure, I recommend avoiding this hotel. The lack of a solution after several days shows that the problem is not isolated — it's a lack of management.

Travel websites declare this hotel as 4 stars. Far from it - its an old hotel, poor maintenance, the gym is broken, and attendants had a hard time to check me in due to software problems. The breakfast is regular, and there was lots of noise from the bar at the beach, going over midnight. Choose this hotel only if its cheap.

Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The room I was given, as soon as I arrived, simply had an unbearable smell of mold. I requested a change to a second room. To my surprise, the lock was defective. They took me to the third room, where I found the toilet clogged. We went to another room, and upon entering, I noticed a huge leak in the bathroom and problems with the sink's plumbing. We went to the last room. To top it all off, the air conditioning was broken, and the bathroom sink faucet wasn't working (I requested maintenance, and it was fixed). The only thing that was really worthwhile was the breakfast. Numerous varieties. In short: DO NOT book this hotel. It's simply dreadful. A whirlwind of problems. And the worst part is that everyone is aware of it.
