Many times I've gone to this location and it's been okay. There has been a couple of times that we've seen here and there certain things that we just never really said because it wasn't such a big deal. We've never had a problem we've always made sure that we've gathered our trash, and towels ready for housekeeping. Always been careful with things that are not ours. But this one last time that we went, it was not all that good. We ended up not getting our deposit back and we kept wondering why next thing you know we're being told that we had made a hole in the wall by the rim behind the bed. I got really upset because I know for a fact that we never made a hole in the wall specially in the area where I know the housekeeping never really checks unless they're doing deep checkups. I think that was wrong of their part to put a blame on a normal regular consistent customer who's never had a problem before and then you want to put the blame on a customer and not return their deposit. Very wrong. The person that did that should be held responsible not the customer. It's ridiculous that you all can do nothing about that. Now we won't be ya'll regular customer after this. Literally we would come once a week and stay a night or two despite a few downs we had. Even after we learned that there was no more shuttle bus provided we still kept going. Even after the downs we had that we were able to manage with we still went but after lying and blaming us for a hole we never did and not returning our deposit, not no more

Rooms are okay, nothing to brag about. Was clean but so outdated. They used to have a shuttle to BWI but for some reason they have stopped that service. They still offer short term parking when you stay so I'll probably stay again
