❗ Honest Review – RedDoorz near Mall of Indonesia / Super OYO 90422 Mall of Indonesia 🛏️ I stayed for a total of 4 days and 3 nights – 3 days booked via Agoda (hotel name: RedDoorz near Mall of Indonesia – 2 stars), and 1 day via Traveloka (hotel name: Super OYO 90422 Mall Of Indonesia – no stars). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and far from expectations. ❌ Serious Disadvantages / Problems: 1. Very dirty from the lobby – first impression was immediately bad. 2. The smell of cigarette smoke in the room, very disturbing. 3. There are lots of rats. 4. Bed sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows were not changed/washed. When entering the room, there was still a woman's hair on the towel. 5. Thick dust in various corners of the room. 6. The room walls are made of gypsum, not concrete – sounds from outside and the next room are clearly audible. 7. During the 4-day stay, the room was never cleaned, no drinking water was provided. 8. The bathroom was very dirty, the blower was full of dirt. ⚠️ Important Notes: • This hotel is registered with two different names on the Agoda and Traveloka platforms. It can be confusing for guests. • 2 stars on Agoda are very inappropriate. In my personal experience, the cleanliness standards are below ordinary boarding houses. 💡 Recommendations: • It is not recommended to stay here, especially for those who pay attention to cleanliness and comfort. • Avoid if you are sensitive to noise, cigarette smell, or are afraid of mice. • It is better to check the latest reviews before booking, because the photos and descriptions do not match reality
