My friends and I came here because we were attending a concert in the GBK area, but our experience at this hotel was honestly disappointing from start to finish. I had two separate bookings: one for 20–21 and another for 21–22, and both stays had their own issues. For the 20–21 booking, we couldn’t even check in to the room we had already paid for because the female receptionist was completely uninformative and seemed totally lost about her own job. She clearly didn’t understand even the basic workflow, and it honestly felt like she never received proper training in the first place. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional..basically zero customer service. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, she tried to act like she was the victim, which was honestly ridiculous. Our entire booking for that night went to waste because of her. And the funniest part? She behaved like that toward someone who actually graduated in tourism and hospitality. That person even said, “This is the first time I’ve seen a receptionist get emotional because of a customer… as someone from a hospitality background, I’m shocked.” For the 21–22 booking, the issues were different but still annoying. The hotel is on the roadside, but the sign is covered by tree leaves, making it nearly impossible to find. One of my friends, who arrived separately, even got scolded by the taxi driver because the place was so hard to spot. The room itself was clean, but the towels were literally torn at the seams, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell that absolutely shouldn’t happen in a hotel. Toiletries were basic but acceptable. The only staff member who showed any real professionalism was the male receptionist..everyone else acted like interacting with guests was a burden. Ih mba lu dzolim tau sama orang, btw thanks for the bad experiences for us.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and efficient. They made me feel very welcome and helped with every request I had. My room was very comfortable and clean. The sleep quality was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
