Loved this place it is amazing 😀

My groups experience tonight was absolutely shocking. We arrived at 6.30pm as a table of 4 for dinner at the restaurant. After almost half an hour waiting for someone to serve our table even just for drinks we placed our order right away. The waiter walked away two times thinking we were done when only 3/4 had ordered food. Two of us ordered drinks and just as the third went to order a drink he walked away again in a hurry and we had to call him back to order again. We waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive. The waiter had not returned to ask if we wanted any further drinks or let us know what was happening. After an hour 15 we asked and he said they only had one chef on. Okay understandable.. but zero effort to apologize or check to see if we needed more water etc (which we had to ask for twice as well before we got a bottle to share for the table) I had ordered a butter chicken which was extremely runny like water and the chicken pieces were more Grissel and fat that anything else. Same with my friend who order thai green curry. A table of 8 had been just next to us. They waited close to two hours for their food only to be told the order was NEVER PLACED and the kitchen was now closed... absolutely shocking service.. during this time the club music right next door in the same area/building-next to the bar had kicked off so the "ambient" feel of the restaurant was completely ruined. It took us forever to pay for our meals, which we had to pay up at the bar that our group really considered just walking out. The lady infront of us was charged for a completely wrong table order to which she had paid the entire bill. While waiting to pay we were surrounded by a bunch of drunk people trying to get drinks. The staff looked incredibly stressed out and unhappy, obviously under a whole lot of pressure. To top it off, my friend and I who both ate the grissly chicken pieces both ended up feeling incredibly nauseated within about a half hour of eating. I absolutely understand that things go wrong, staff shortages etc but there were no apologies, explanations and the service and atmosphere overall was terrible. To the young irish man who looked like he was running around trying to put out fires, we seen you and we hope you get recognized for your hard work!

Service was good the table and everything was set up nice and great environment however the food was a let down $147 for food that was either not cooked right or didnt taste fresh also not much on the menu to pick. My partner brother my son and I didnt eat we just paid for the meal and left. The drinks were flat as well I just feel like it was a let down. Being we just moved here and wanted to try something fancy and nice this just really wasn't up to par so I feel like it could have been better thats why I gave a 2 star and not anything higher
