I would like to share my recent experience staying at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and I felt very safe throughout the entire trip.♥♥♥

Exceptional Experience – Truly 5 Star! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was calm, luxurious, and very welcoming. What truly made my stay special was the outstanding service. I would especially like to praise Mr Islam from Bangladesh for their exceptional professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Their warm attitude and willingness to help made a big difference and truly represent the high standards of this hotel. The housekeeping, reception, and overall service were excellent. Everything was organized, clean, and handled efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-class hospitality. I will definitely return again! And very very very Special Thanks to Emirates Airline while we want back to Jeddah Airport due to flight cancelation they facilitate us beyond our expectations they gave us free hotel stay free Sahoor And Iftar it was mind blowing a very very special thanks to Emirates Airline and the Government of UAE.. they stood with us all the time❤️👍

It was my first time in Saudi Arabia, and my first stay at a wonderful hotel. From being greeted upon arrival at the hotel, to the reception staff's hospitality and the casual conversations we had, I felt they were all very kind and warm. I apologize for the inconvenience caused when they brought me my jacket, which I had left in my room when I checked out. I gave the service a 4 because I didn't understand the ordering system at the restaurant, so I was supposed to order myself while waiting at my seat, but there was no particular exchange, and I was disappointed by the difference in attitude from the staff up to that point. The food was delicious. There were outlets everywhere, which were easy to use, and all the amenities were well-equipped. May this Ramadan be filled with God’s grace and generosity 🌙 This was my first time in Saudi Arabia and my first stay, and it seems I chose a really wonderful hotel. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the friendly conversations with the reception staff, I felt a lot of kindness and warmth. I also appreciate the effort of bringing the jacket I accidentally left in my room at check-out—thank you for going the extra mile. I rated the service as a 4 because I was a bit confused about the ordering system at the restaurant. It seems guests are expected to place their own orders, but there was no clear communication, and the difference in service level compared to the rest of the staff made me feel a bit sad. However, the food was very delicious. Power outlets were conveniently located throughout the hotel, making them very easy to use, and all the amenities were well provided. Ramadan Kareem 🌙 كانت هذه زيارتي الأولى إلى المملكة العربية السعودية وأول تجربة إقامة لي فيها، وقد كان اختياري لهذا الفندق موفقًا للغاية. منذ لحظة الوصول، حظيت باستقبال دافئ، كما أن التعامل الودود من موظفي الاستقبال جعلني أشعر بالراحة والاهتمام. أود أيضًا أن أعبر عن خالص شكري لحرصكم على إعادة السترة التي نسيتها في الغرفة بعد تسجيل المغادرة — كانت لفتة كريمة ومحل تقدير كبير. قمت 4 نجوم فقط بسبب بعض الارتباك فيما يتعلق بنظام الطلب في المطعم، حيث بدا أن النزلاء مطالبون بطلب الطعام بأنفسهم دون توضيح مسبق، كما أن اختلاف مستوى الخدمة مقارنة ببقية الموظفين كان مخيبًا للآمال بعض الشيء. ومع ذلك، كان الطعام شهيًا ولذيذًا للغاية. كانت مقابس الكهرباء متوفرة في أماكن متعددة وسهلة الاستخدام، كما كانت جميع وسائل الراحة (الأمينيتيس) متوفرة ومتكاملة. رمضان كريم 🌙
