I would give 6 stars if I I could. Very good service! Very big bathroom. Free Laundry and minibar. I am not sure whether due to my AE FHR booking. I feel warm when I found out they put a computer mouse mat on my desk (Ritz Carlton Xian also does that) after the daily room service.

The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, blending traditional Chinese style with modern touches, although the finishes aren't perfect. The spa is rather average. It's a shame that even guests have to pay 1,000 CNY for a front-row table on the rooftop, especially since on December 30, 2025, only one of the more than ten tables was occupied. The staff is pleasant and speaks relatively good English.
