Excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff is welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, close to the main attractions and easily accessible. The breakfast is varied and of good quality, with a wide selection to suit all tastes. The value for money is excellent.

We stayed in the hotel during the New Year holidays. We certainly expected a pleasant and warm vacation according to guest reviews, but the stay exceeded our expectations. Already upon arrival, you can notice the welcome and warm welcome. Upon arrival, our only "obligation" was to hand over the car key to the friendly staff who met us at the entrance to the hotel and indulge ourselves in enjoying the entire ambience. The friendly staff was available to transfer the luggage to our apartment and park the car in the garage. Already at the entrance you have a feeling of glamor and luxury that simply radiates in the space where you are (we were a little worried that it was too "tight"). However, at the reception a friendly welcome with the usual basic guidelines about accommodation, but from the conversation you can feel that you are valued and welcome, and that the entire staff actually radiates simplicity and in some subtle and simple way adapts and is specially dedicated to each guest. Upon arrival at the apartment, our belongings had already been brought in, the apartment was spacious, neat and clean, with a beautiful view of the marina and outdoor pools. The meals were a special atmosphere and experience, with recommendations when choosing meals, serving and communication/information about the food served by the really kind and helpful staff (especially Miloš during breakfast and Marko during dinner). Truly top-notch service that makes you feel like you are an important guest, that you are welcome and that the staff is always at your service, but in an unobtrusive, simple and warm way that gives a special feeling of luxury and glamour. The swimming pool with several types of saunas at an enviable level provides you with additional comfort and relaxation. Neat and clean. Perhaps a small complaint about the number of available sun loungers by the pool in the facility, but given the time of year, a larger number of users of the indoor pool is to be expected. Ultimately, a beautiful, luxurious and relaxing three-day stay certainly exceeded our expectations. Warm recommendations. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.
