I visited to enjoy the 5th floor bar. You can see the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Bund at a glance. The view is absolutely stunning. I recommend making a reservation, and I highly recommend visiting for the night view.

Booked with credit card points and the hotel still charged credit card for the full amount. Called them to point out this mistake and got transferred from front desk to booking, back to front desk, back to manager, back to booking. They don’t seem to understand what the issue is and told me they “can’t” fix the error?? It’s been 14 days and the hotel still hasn’t refunded the wrongly charged amount. Absolutely ridiculous. This hotel was better managed under four seasons pre-2020.
