I have been a regular guest at the Hotel Reichshof for many years. The rooms are mostly well-maintained and, thanks to renovations, also modern. Unfortunately, the service is getting worse and worse! The younger staff members, in particular, who certainly have potential, lack proper training and education. They often don't know how hospitality works and frequently can't answer simple questions. For example, one employee told me the elevator to the spa wasn't working and that I should come to reception the next morning. I did so, and another employee informed me that the elevator was working perfectly. On another occasion, I was pressured to hand over my mobile phone to get my booking number, even though I didn't want to and made that clear.
