Great experience, budget friendly rooms (for agoda users), really nice and helpful staff and service. Location was also optimal and close to city center and bus station. Great visit would for sure come again!

When we first entered the room, we immediately turned on the air conditioner and realized it wasn't heating. We thought, "Oh well," but then we found out the shower head was broken; they had given us the room without checking it, so we had to shower crouching. We couldn't find our key card when we left, so we reported it to reception. They asked for a 1000 TL lost card fee. Then another gentleman came and said the lost card fee was 500 TL. If he hadn't come, we would have paid 1000 TL. The gentleman at reception had very poor customer service. We requested a wake-up call at 9:30 am, but no one called or knocked on the door. Thanks to them, we were forced to wake up at 9 am to the construction noise on our floor. It was a bad experience; I will never come here again. You don't receive customer treatment here; they only see you as a money-gathering place. Choose accordingly.
