We came to lunch at your restaurant four years ago and still remember it as a wonderful meal. Please don't change anything about your approach to French cuisine after the unjust loss of your second star by the Michelin Guide, which seems to be increasingly distancing itself from the pleasure of occasionally enjoying an exceptional meal that leaves a lasting impression.

The hotel is a magnificent place, with works of art harmoniously displayed throughout the grounds. There is a beautifully maintained park with a gym, swimming pool, and wellness area. The staff is truly welcoming, courteous, smiling, and attentive. The two-Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, Mr. Coussau, is a highlight. We discovered the grand winter menu, and the meal was absolutely delicious. Each dish was perfectly executed and bursting with flavor, accompanied by impeccable and attentive service. We were captivated from dinner to breakfast. It was a wonderful experience. We had an exceptional stay; congratulations to the entire team.

What an injustice to the Michelin Guide to remove a star from this restaurant, which we consider one of the best. What are they basing their decision on? We come to Mr. Coussau's restaurant every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary and always leave with the same level of satisfaction and happiness. A warm welcome, attentive staff, and delicious cuisine just the way we like it! All at very reasonable prices. Don't be discouraged, Mr. Coussau; your customers will continue to enjoy your cooking in this beautiful establishment!
