I initially booked through Trip.com and asked about the room, but they told me to contact the hotel directly. Trip.com didn't provide a clear answer. Agoda offered a cheaper rate, so I rebooked through Trip.com and inquired again about the room details, but they said the hotel couldn't contact the supplier Agoda partners with. Just to be sure, I also contacted the email addresses listed on the hotel's website, but received no reply. Calls to the phone number listed on Agoda only rang, and one of the email addresses listed on Agoda returned an error message. Is this hotel okay? This is the first time I've experienced such unreachable hotel staff. I wanted to stay there because the reviews were so good, but I canceled to avoid any problems. It's such a shame. There are many other similarly good hotels in Santorini, so it's best to do your research before making a choice.
