very poor accommodation because it does not meet 4* standards. The rooms are damp and many rooms overlook an unkempt plot. The price is too high for what this detached building offers.

The hotel itself was fine: tasteful restaurant with a good selection, and the room was satisfactory. We didn't use the spa, so I can't comment on that. Toni and Vuk went out of their way on the first evening to make us feel welcome — very friendly and helpful staff. What spoiled the experience was a parking fine I received on arrival. The reception initially claimed I had parked on hotel property, and I was fined — then I moved closer to the reception and was fined again. This seems unfair and confusing: the only paid option appears to be the underground garage, and there's either no other alternative or you get penalized. I do not intend to pay this fine; if the municipality pursues legal action I will consider involving the hotel in the dispute. Summary: good service and a pleasant room, but the parking situation was unacceptable, so I can only give three stars. ---------------------- The hotel was fine: a neat restaurant with a good offer, the room was adequate. Better use your money elswere. The rooms were not cleaned properly, they never replaced the shower gel or shampoo that was used. At breakfast or dinner always something went wrong od they run out of something or a machine didn't work. …
