So I'm not usually the one to give bad reviews, but I just feel like venting. This place is tied for the worst hotel stay I had over my 2-month-long Japan trip. It's worth mentioning that even though this is a business hotel, it is obviously no excuse as it's mainly occupied by tourists, plus other such hotels I've visited were far better. Stayed in a twin bed room. The style is outdated and the design inconvenient, everything feels derelict, no soft yellow lighting only bright whites, no electric socket near one of the beds, shower curtain was moldy, showerhead full of limescale and kept dripping after being closed, sink turned into a pool after 30sec of continueus use, stupid massage chair takes tons of space I paid for, no good place to hang more than 4 clothing pieces for drying. Pros I'm reluctant to mention but do so anyway: AC was not central so as a hot sleeper I was not forced to get cooked, huge window (16th floor) so lots of sunlight, toilet had buttons to open and close the lid. Elevators are amazingly slow and annoying. One only travels down to 6th floor reception, so if you want to leave you have to switch to a different elevator and wait for it again (life hack: press the handicapped button to get the good elevator). Asked front desk for help to phone some store, they gave me the number I already knew and told me to call from my room with extra cost. Pros: great location, 4 washing machines, 2pm check in and 12pm check out. Yeah I mean if it's economical for you go for it but don't expect to enjoy. Won't bother with pictures as they're not worth the phone space.

A chill spot with plenty to do around. Train station right around the corner. Clean rooms, smart TV, comfy bed, and a nice view. I got a double-bed room. I would stay here again

I stay at a different hotel every month, but this month my work location is close to Rem Akihabara so I stayed there for the first time in a while. However, the lighting in the room was dim, the toilet paper was difficult to use, and worst of all, the hair dryer was too strong and I couldn't style my hair. I ended up going to an important meeting with messy hair, so I had no choice but to style it with sticky hair product. The female staff at the front desk were very friendly and did their best to help, but the room settings didn't seem to be customer-friendly, which is a shame and I don't think I'll be coming back for a while.
