When I checked out, they wouldn't let me store my luggage. They said they couldn't do it that day, but honestly, it's unthinkable that a hotel of this caliber wouldn't let me store my luggage. There was a sign posted, but with so many foreign guests, I don't think that sign alone would be enough to get the message across, and in fact I didn't even notice it. As a three-star hotel with a nice appearance, I felt it was cold that they simply said "We can't store your luggage." Even if there were circumstances, I think they could have given a bit more explanation and consideration.

First time travelling to Japan from Perth, WA!, and I’m really glad I chose Remm Kyobashi. This hotel is in a very strategic location for exploring Tokyo. Right outside the hotel you have direct access to the Ginza Line, making it easy to reach most major stations and lines across the city. It’s also only about a 10-minute walk to the Yaesu entrance for the Shinkansen, which is super convenient for day trips or onward travel. The room itself was comfortable and well set up & the massage chair was a huge bonus, especially after doing 20k steps a day! Perfect for relaxing tired calves and lower back. The staff were very polite, professional, and accommodating, with excellent customer service throughout my stay. So mate, if you’re looking for a low-stress, convenient base to explore Tokyo, I highly recommend Remm Kyobashi.

Price justifies its location. Can be a walking distance from Tokyo station, and Ginza line is also right in front of the hotel. It made traveling quite comfortable. The room is very small. Perhaps a typical Japanese hotel. It was challenging to have my 2 luggages (one big and one carry on) open. I had to jump over and around the bed if I had both open. No spa or gym at the building. No tub in the room that I was staying at. I liked it for the location but didn't enjoy it as the experience. Would recommend depending on what you prefer.
