Sarah was absolutely wonderful and offered me an upgrade. I'm from the country and had a very long day of driving and once I arrived at the hotel, it was dark. I was confused at where park and how to enter the hotel and Sarah came out to greet me in the parking garage which was totally unexpected and sweet of her. The valet guys were nice as well and offered me directions for places and even let me park in a valet spot when there was a sporting event going on one evening, so I did not have to walk far once I returned to the hotel from my own outing being the garage was packed. As a customer out of state, it's really nice to have people cater and help you to make your stay better. Unless you do valet, which i'm not a fan of, there is quite a long walk from the parking garage to the actual hotel through an indoor alley and that's a little daunting to a woman traveling solo with lots of luggage. Because of that reason alone, people may opt for valet and that is understandable. I was happy for the assistance from the staff when it came to parking and walking in. The restaurant was so-so. I ordered wings because the dinner from the hotel wasn't the best. However, there was a great breakfast spead with plenty of cereals and coffee to choose from, as well as fruit. The location is right downtown and it's very noisy from motorcycles to foreign music blaring from cars on the street. It is what it is. The room was great. The TV was big and there was plenty of seating, plenty of outlets for stuff, and the bathroom was spacious and I had plenty of towels. Everything looked and felt clean, even before i lysoled the room. The room comes with a mini fridge and a coffe/tea maker with some coffee and tea choices. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy.

Really impressed with this hotel! Super nice staff. Very clean and good sized rooms. The Dime Restaurant on site also overdelivered with both their breakfast and dinner offerings and service!
