I had a fantastic stay at this Marriott property. The staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. I also highly recommend the on-site restaurant—the food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town! Had a little TV remote issue but thay was resolved after a few tries. Their club lounge and breakfast there were very nice.

Do everything you can to avoid staying at this hotel. They don't value Bonvoy members, they will mess up your reservation, not give you credit for your stay, and make you come up with the solutions to their problems. Avoid at all costs!

Very disappointed in my experience. For a Renaissance I expect better, the decorations in the lobby are ok, but i don’t know where is the luxury. There are so many hotel choices in this area, i choose Renaissance in hope that it’s better than the others around. but it turned out they closed lounge access during holiday hours. Although, for customers with lounges access has breakfast included in the downstairs restaurant. But, guess what, that restaurant doesn’t serve good food. i refused to eat their breakfast buffet after one day stay and i have to stay more days. So sad. When we went down to breakfast we waited 15 minutes before anyone seated us. There was a group of about 6 people total waiting to be seated. The breakfast area was not busy at all, and the employees saw us and purposely walked
