Check in was smooth & friendly staff in overall. Breakfast was good with usual menu. Fittiness center has new equipment and view in 21 floor was great. In door Swimming pool in same floor is splendid. Room was spacious. The only draw back I have that I am a Gold Member of Bonvouy and brought along 2 friends & no upgrade.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Bangkok. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff provided very good service and the location is great. Well within walking distance of major malls n to the BTS.
