⸻ Title: Unacceptable Treatment, Early-Morning Removal, and Unresolved Charges I am posting this review to document a deeply troubling experience at the Renaissance Dallas North Hotel that remains unresolved. Despite having a confirmed stay through 4:00 PM late checkout, hotel staff began banging on my door and repeatedly calling my room around 6:00–6:30 AM regarding a payment issue. I was then forced out of my room in the early morning hours. This approach was unnecessary, disruptive, and entirely inappropriate given the circumstances. At no point was I given a reasonable opportunity to address the matter calmly during normal business hours. I was available, on property, and willing to resolve any billing questions. Instead, staff chose an escalated and confrontational approach that caused significant distress. Additionally, statements were made during this interaction that were highly inappropriate and offensive, including comments implying discrimination related to my form of payment. That alone warrants serious review by management. To make matters worse, I am still being contacted about charges after being removed from the room, including amounts I dispute. The situation could have been handled professionally and discreetly. Instead, it was mishandled from start to finish. I am asking for: • A clear explanation for why I was removed despite a valid late checkout • A review and correction of all charges • A formal response from hotel management addressing staff conduct I expect Renaissance/Marriott management to review this matter promptly and respond publicly. This experience fell far below the standards associated with this brand

My family and I stayed at Renaissance Dallas north hotel for 2 nights. We requested rooms next to each other in advance to which the front desk said that it won’t be a problem as hotel is not booked too much. When we arrive the rooms were not next to each other but not too far. When I entered my room, it was not clean with used towels on bathroom sink, food in the fridge and beds not made. Front desk changed the room but the room was far from other room although the floor was empty. Hotel lobby is beautiful and very clean. Rooms are tight and bathrooms too small. Both our rooms had two queen beds but the bed size was smaller than queen size. It’s more like full size beds. Overall it was not too bad but considering as a four star hotel it could have been better.

Overall hotel is good, but not great. Staff is friendly and room was clean, but clearly in need of a remodel and update things are just pretty rundown.
