I’ve stayed at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel multiple times now, and every single visit has been an absolute wow experience. My wife and I love exploring different hotels whenever we visit Bangladesh, but this is the one place we simply can’t stop coming back to. I’m also not a rookie when it comes to hotels. Because of work and travel, I spend well over 100 nights a year in hotels around the world, so I’ve experienced hospitality at many different properties across different countries and brands. That’s exactly why the experience here stands out so much. What truly makes this hotel special is the people. I genuinely mean it when I say every single staff member is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Everyone is incredibly well-trained, professional, and attentive exactly how hospitality should be. It’s rare to see such consistency across an entire team, but here it feels like excellence is part of the culture. After my very first stay, I knew this was a hotel I would want to return to again and again. And that’s exactly what happened. I’ve already stayed here three separate times within just 20 days, which honestly says everything about how great the experience is. I was also fortunate enough to meet Mr. Noor from Guest Experience, and he truly stands out. He is fantastic at what he does welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making guests feel valued. Encounters like that make a stay even more memorable. Between the outstanding service, the welcoming atmosphere, and the consistently excellent experience, Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan has become our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Dhaka. My experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The food quality was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt carefully prepared, and the variety offered was impressive. The service deserves special appreciation. The staff were professional, polite, and always attentive without being intrusive. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neatly arranged, and the peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation. Overall, this place delivers a perfect balance of great food, warm hospitality, and comfortable accommodation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and satisfying experience.
