With EIA being so far south of Edmonton, it’s often very convenient to stay at the hotel right at the airport. With a short walk from the gate to your room, this hotel has the perfect location and the best restaurant before security. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi is fast and easy to use. All of the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast in the lounge is next level. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the location of this hotel! It’s so convenient especially if you have an early. Or really late flight! Have stayed here multiple times. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is well lit, hair products are on point, and I will be back! Only complaint is you advertise a Starbucks but you just have the machine. Wish there was an actual store front inside your location. 1 star removed for that. As 2am wake ups are rude and a GOOD coffee goes a long ways! The benefit of paying the extra to stay with you is to not have to wait in the airport line up for Starbucks past security as I should already have my caffeine flowing through me.

From the moment we checked in the hotel did not meet the reviews. We booked a 500$ suite which included a staycation package. Upon check in the front staff was not very knowledgeable on this package and I needed to return to the front desk 3 times to get settled, our card did not have access to the executive lounge which was included , the staff didnt provide the info on the 175$ food voucher that came with the package, when the food voucher waa used the food waa terrible the wings had been so cooked we couldn't even bite them. The steak came out extremely under done and the cesar tasted like they used half a bottle of hot sauce. When it became bed time we tried to unfold the hide a bed for our kids and it was full of what looked to be chip or bread crumbs. House keeping came up with new pillow cases and had to return with new sheets this was at 11 pm and almost midnight by the time the proper bedding was brought up so my kids could get some rest. In the morning we used thw pool before checking out and there waa blood all over the railings my kids put there hands in it trying to hold the rail to get in the pool. All this being said I figured it waa enough mis haps to bring it to managments attention as I didnt feel our stay matched policy or the online reviews. The customer service managers resolution was to supply me with 5000 points which I was told was equivalent to 25$ of my stay he told me a regular room (remember I was in a suite one of the most expensive rooms) was 14000 points for a free night, after my review its actually 30 000 points or more. I was given about 60$ in points for an awful 500% stay. I feel like the holiday inn would have done a better job.
