I didn’t have hot water to shower with for three days in the middle of their coldest winter. I had to take showers in extremely cold water. The manager promised to compensate us with 10,000 Bonvoy points that I have yet to receive. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We went here for a social event but did not stay. It is really a very beautiful hotel from what we saw: lobby, bathrooms, conference rooms, common areas. Staff was very helpful. There was a restaurant called Finch and a bar but we didn't use either.
