The young lady and man that was working the desk of the restaurant at the entrance way March 6th 2026 at 8:08pm ruined our whole experience! The hotel is VERY nice but they were rude and whispering about guest. There was a lady that came in with bags asking for directions to the hotel and they were extremely rude/nonchalant and they were the same way with me when coming into the hotel. Some of us come to nicer hotels just to experience something different when we can. In a world like today, who wants to pay 200+ for a hotel just to be treated terribly or judged by employees? Not cool!! please train your employees better

Nice rooms and so close to the Mayfair Mall. Not far from all things Milwaukee either. The zoo, the domes, Pabst Mansion and Miller Brewery are short drives.
