This hotel is in a prime location and close to all modes of transportation. I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a birthday for a weekend. It was a blast! First of all, this hotel was designed and inspired by a Chinese puzzle. When you go into the lobby, you'll have to take the elevator to the twelfth floor where the lobby of the hotel is. That's where you check in. The Front Desk staff was super friendly. Check in was fast and smooth. The view from the window is so breathtaking. I should've snagged a picture at that moment. The day I left, it was snowing so I kissed my chance. I'm sure I'll return. I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. I took another elevator to the fourth floor and exited and I was pleasantly surprised. I walked down a beautifully carpeted hallway. I arrived to the room and when I opened the door, I was overcome by cleaning solution and if anyone loves that smell, it's me! The room was immaculate. It screams modern decor through and through. The toilet is in an alcove with a smoked glass door. The shower is the highlight. The water pressure and the detachable shower head is a plus. The sink had a crack but no big deal. The bed had fresh crisp linens. The bed was a bit soft but it was fine to sleep in. The cable was a bit pixilated but once I signed into my Netflix account, I was fine. I hope I took enough pictures to do this review justice. Oh! And if you're able to, you have to eat at the restaurant, Prime Met in the lobby which would be the twelfth floor. It's a bit pricey but sooooo worth it!!!! The drinks were delicious! The food was INCREDIBLE!!! The service was also amazing! I'm definitely returning with my fiance for date night to this restaurant. There is an atm and a charging station right in front of the elevators on the twelfth floor. There's a pool and gym on the third floor hut I didn't have time to use them. Maybe next time. Be sure to visit the Tangram Mall while you're there! One thing that confused me was the lighting in my room. I'll have to keep that in mind. There was only one button that turned on all the lights to shut them off. I wanted to minimize the lighting but had no idea how to. I also wish they had more of a variety on the coffee in the room. There were 3 flavors. Dark Roast, Dark Roast and Dark Roast. 4 packets of sugar and 2 TINY creams. I ended up using GrubHub and ordered Starbucks.

We stayed at this incredible hotel for New Year's Eve. I want to highlight the excellent service from the staff. After a minor room mix-up, they quickly found a solution and gave us the best room available. It was spectacular! Our experience couldn't have been better. They were attentive at all times, making sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was unforgettable. The room was spotless and had a balcony with breathtaking views. Thank you so much; we will be eternally grateful for making our stay so memorable! It's very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the metro. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much; we will never forget the wonderful service we received.
