By far the worst "4 star" hotel I have ever stayed at. Housekeeping does a lazy job of cleaning the rooms. I remember leaving my hotel having run out of the toilet paper, and upon my return back to the room, the room was half cleaned and there was no toilet paper. How can you half clean a room, and notice there is no toilet paper and still leave it empty? Bizarre really. Also, while the food at the hotel restaurant is pretty good, the service is quite terrible. I recall sitting down and having to beg the waitress to bring me coffee--though everyone else was asked before hand if they wanted coffee. Also, my food was brought out to me, and they had given me so silverware. Am I a dog? Do they expect me to eat off the plate? I had to wait 5 minutes, until I had to demand for silverware. The service each day I had breakfast was terrible. When I arrived, I should also note that my toilet water was brown. It is a great shock that this is a Marriott hotel. I don't know who or what governs a 4 star hotel anymore, but this is the worst hotel in the area. Please stay at any other hotel, especially if you want good service--do save yourself the headache. Do better.
