I had a disappointing stay in between Christmas and New Years. We were given breakfast vouchers for 2 because the lounge was closed for the holidays. Unfortunately we were not given notice about this until the day before, when it was too late to cancel. Kids breakfast cost? $44 all in. Also, free breakfast card said gratuity included on it, but the server emphasized gratuity was not included. Either the card is wrong, or the server is lying. Not good either way. Finally, we were overcharged by the vending machine 3 times. The cost was supposed to be $3 or $3.50 per item, amd it charged me $4.75 each time. Apparently we are paying ball game prices while deceptively overcharging.

This was the worst experience I have ever had . I asked for 2 glasses and they offered for me to go to the onsight restaurant and get them myself. No customer service such as offering to have room service to bring them up. There is Just no customer relation here. The stay was so bad I left 5 hours after checking in. . There are plenty of other hotels in area that are much more inviting and customer based.

We the Pinball Sisters attended the 2025 Pinball Expo and we had the best experience 4 years in a roll!! Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant staff were top notch! We were taken such good care of by Albert the shuttle driver. He was AMAZING! He was such a pleasure to be around, so personable and happy & made many suggestions for places to eat & picked us up when we asked him too! This service is unbeatable! The hotel overall is clean & amazing place to stay ! Looking forward to next year!! Tori Clipp
