The hotel has not been affiliated with the Marriott group for several months; given the level of service, this is unfortunately to be expected. 0/10 for the staff: some staff members are disrespectful and unprofessional. They take inappropriate liberties, try to "get to know" and get close to guests, with provocations and an unacceptable manner of speaking. Confirmation: 4.5 stars only for the architecture. The rest doesn't live up to expectations. Unfortunately, such a beautiful hotel, located in a quiet area, is very poorly managed and seems incapable of imposing even minimal discipline on some employees, particularly in the restaurant and at reception. The atmosphere created (language, attitudes, inappropriate familiarity) is unworthy of a hotel of this category and sometimes gives the impression of a run-down place, far from the expected standards. The hotel is no longer available on Marriott Bonvoy and I couldn't find it on Booking.com. The result: prices are announced and imposed directly at reception, once you arrive, without transparency or the possibility of comparison, and are exorbitant considering the service provided. Conclusion: 0/10 for value for money: far too expensive for such mediocre service. A disappointing experience and an overrated establishment. At this price point, one expects at least respect and decent service.

A very bad experience. Mediocre food. The bedding was filthy, just like in the photos (hair, bloodstains, makeup residue on the pillowcases…🤮). Every time we complained, they told us it would be done right away, but we still waited (1.5 hours and we received nothing). It's a shame for such a hotel.
