Absolutely disappointing! Management displays zero class and no interest whatsoever in its customers. Complaints are completely ignored, problems are not resolved, and you feel like a nuisance. Customer service seems to exist only on paper – in reality, it's pure indifference. This is unacceptable and borders on disrespect towards paying guests. I strongly advise against investing any time or money here!
