I stayed at this property for two nights. During the first night, I became unwell and was sick, which resulted in the blankets being soiled. The following morning, I deliberately left the dirty blankets on the floor to clearly indicate that they needed to be replaced. To my complete shock, housekeeping picked up the same blankets( soiled with vomit) from the floor and placed them back on my bed, turned over so that the dirt would not be visible, instead of replacing them with clean bedding. This is an extremely serious and unacceptable incident, particularly for a hotel that presents itself as five-star. It demonstrates a complete failure to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene and sanitation. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted. I will never return to this property, and I seriously question whether the same unacceptable practice is applied to towels and other linens left on the floor.

The hotel was beautiful before this recent visit, which changed my positive impression after encountering the worst reception supervisor, Zainab. My planned stay was three nights, but it was shortened to one night, and I changed hotels.
