We had booked for two rooms for 23 rd October with check out on 24 th . We checked in at the hotel at around 4.45 am in the morning of 24 th . We were kept waiting in the reception lobby for quite some time by the trainee front office girl for 30 minutes for finding our booking in her system and getting the bell boy to send the luggage to our room .The hotel is already aware of out check in time since we have shared our flight details to them for sending taxi to pick us up from airport . There is no proper communication between front office manager and night time staff . Moreover after this long tiring journey we came to breakfast around 10.05 am and the front office guy who seems to be more into setting rules straight rather than serving the guests to their needs told we can’t have breakfast since the timing is till 10 am . And along with this he told we have not paid for the taxi . My dear Management team of Renion Hills , your hotel itself survive only because you are getting guests and your primary responsibility and duty is to cater to them by finding out their needs and if it can be done then do it without getting into a fight with the customers . Dear General Manager please train your staff and your staff gets salary only if you are able to run the hotel with profit . Tell your staff to listen to the guests needs and talk to them politely rather than taking up the role of a jail warden with rules . Our room is on the 6 th and 7 th floor and lift service is till the 5 th floor . We had to climb up two floors with our luggage since you were not kind enough to provide bell boy service when we checked in early morning .
