I’m extremely disappointed with the valet service at this hotel. Every time I requested my car, nothing happened until I followed up in person—which completely defeats the purpose of valet parking. The worst experience was when I checked multiple times about my car, and each time I was told it would be picked up “right away.” After 50 minutes, I walked back to the valet stand only to find my key still sitting there untouched. This level of neglect and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a service guests pay extra for, $59 + tax + tips. It caused major inconvenience and shows a serious issue with management and staff coordination. Until they fix their valet operations, I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone who expects reliable service.

Frustrating as their room key needs refresh everyday, I was blocked out twice, have to climb up and down several times. A very simple fix but very inconvenient. Parking is very expensive.

If they put you on the 11th floor under the restaurant expect rolling and banging noises until 1am. I have a 12 hour work day so unless you're here to party all night stay somewhere else.
