This is our 2nd time staying here; last year (January 2025), we stayed here for over a month due to a flood at our house. This year (February 2026), we had another flood and decided to stay here again. Kim (General Manager), Merritt (Operations Manager), and Tai (Housekeeping Manager), your staff is just simply amazing, and all three of you knew us by name and always made sure we were ok. Shout out to the front desk staff, Nayendy, Joseph, Emily, Ashley, and Liz, for always being there and welcoming us every time we entered the door (this did not go unnoticed). Maria and Charity, thanks for always having our coffee and a great breakfast ready and being so sweet whenever I went to get my coffee (every day). Also, to Mr. Haily and Ray, thanks for ensuring the facilities were up to par. This staff rocks and I believe that each one I have mentioned deserves a raise. I am the type of person that sees and notice everything and one thing I did notice is that they did not make us feel like we were the only guess they made the other guess feel the same way which kind of made me feel a little jealous LOL just joking. But again, thank all for being all and making us feel at ease and at home while we dealt with another flood and remodel.

This is about general manager, Kim. I have never had any problems with residence Inns before been a manner for over 40 years. Room was extremely dirty when checked in lamp was broken sliding glass doors were broken off the hinges then washing machines had no hot water and general manager. Kim did not want to reimburse except for three dollars when it cost us close to $40 had to go to a laundromat definitely would not stay here again.
