It could hv been a much better experience with little more effort put forth by the staff, a meh feel. But everything I had to go ask for, the front desk staff took care of and I appreciate that.

Date: 02/08/2026 after 1am I have stayed in many hotels across different states and cities in the U.S., as well as in other countries. Unfortunately, the receptionist at this hotel was not polite, which was disappointing given my extensive travel experience, her behavior was if i was requesting a favor for her. As a business man I was expecting at least the basic "being polite".
