Last night, 9 March, I was stranded in downtown South Norwalk with a dead mobile phone. To make matters worse I had a hot pizza and snacks. I walked into the lobby and spoke to the two front desk attendants. I explained the situation and they graciously offered me a charger. Ten minutes later I had a sufficient charge and an UBER ordered. I like to give a big THANK YOU! True customer service.

We arrived in Norwalk at 11:30 AM with a group and stoped but the hotel to asks few questions about parking, which they charge for. At 3:11 PM I received an email that the room type I reserved was not available. At checking in about 5:30 PM I was asked if they could ‘upgrade’ me, from two queens to a king and roll away bed which was not comfortable. I said that I would prefer the room type reserved, but received the king room instead and was told a roll away would be give. When we returned from out event at 11:30 PM that night I came to my room to find a roll away bed outside my room door which I then had to roll in and set up myself and then go to the front desk for blankets. I just feel like this situation was poorly handled and organized in the Hotels best interest not us as the customers. There are other options in the area and I and you should try those options prior to this hotel. Rooms and facilities were fine and the breakfast was as expected.
