This is not a hotel. It functions like a homeless shelter. There were tents set up outside the property, homeless individuals throughout the parking lot, and the lobby was filled with people who were clearly not guests. The environment felt unsafe the moment we arrived. The property looks absolutely nothing like the photos. The building is old, rundown, and dirty. The room itself was shocking. It felt unsafe, outdated, and poorly maintained. This is not what anyone expects from a Marriott branded property. Security is a serious concern. The layout, condition, and constant foot traffic made it feel like the kind of place where surveillance cameras would be necessary. We did not feel comfortable staying even one night. After seeing the room and the surrounding area, we immediately left and booked another hotel elsewhere. That cost us extra time and money, but staying here was not an option. I later realized the hotel allows homeless voucher stays, which explains the conditions. I should have read the reviews more carefully beforehand. Do not trust the positive reviews. They are either outdated or not honest. This property should not be marketed as a safe or standard hotel stay. Do not stay here. Staff are great but I feel bad for them this place is scary.

DO NOT STAY HERE. AMY receptionist has no idea how to be helpful. She put us up in a room in another building and told us there were carts there (but found out she lied). Then she said we would need to come back to main building to get one. Mind you both myself and husband are disabled and he’s on oxygen!!! No manager on duty. She was useless. Then lied to corporate about what happened.
