The hotel is old and rundown. It needs a full renovation. The carpet in the elevator is extremely smelly. It needs to be removed completely. My bed seemed to have alot of germs. My bed had a permanent dent. Tells you the age of the bed. The drinks in the fridge were expired. I told the receptionist and she replied with “Sorry”

As a property owner myself, I don't understand saying they are pet friendly and then slapping people with a hundred dollar charge. The rooms are very worn, but it was very clean. There's a very strong odor of air freshener of some kind. That's absolutely killing my sinuses. There's a pile of trash left in the hallway the whole time i'm here. I was not greeted as a bonvoy member at arrival and had to beg for my complimentary bottles of water, fetch them myself and then get questioned about how many I took. Other times when i've stayed at pet friendly hotels, they have given me a tag for the door a water bowl and pretended that they actually wanted her here. This morning, when I went to make coffee in my room. I learned that the creamer had expired and was bad. Tried to use my room key to get into the lobby, but it's locked. So I'll have to wait another hour and a half to get coffee. When I got to the room, it was unbearably hot, so I turned down the AC. Unfortunately, the unit is set to blow directly over the bed. So every time I fell asleep, it seemed the air would kick on and would wake me up. I have a massive headache, most likely from that air blowing on my head all night. Definitely not a place I would choose to stay again. Especially before a medical procedure, when I need a good night's rest. Edited to add that finding six police cars in the front of the hotel as I went to check out was frightening as I had not been notified of any dangerous issue taking place. I am asking for a full refund, things happen but you should alert guests to shelter in place.

Room is tired. Fridge not very cold. Not enough lighting. Has a very nice little outdoor arwa with fireplace but unfortunately is ruined by smokers with cigarette butts and other distgustingness all around the table.
