The rooms were cold. Not just mines the family who I visited was as well. The garbage cans are too little especially for the kitchen. If the housekeepers are not coming frequently there should be bigger cans. We asked for service twice and they were ignored. The tubs need to be updated and the night light and lamps. Ours were broken. If this hotel was in Illinois this would be a 2 star hotel and that's putting it mildly. If they listen to their customers and not blow them off then they would get the star ratings. I loved the hotel guest service host we had when we came. He was accommodating. The weekend clerk her voice was pleasant but she ignored and didn't tend to the guests. I hope you guys take this post as serious as possible. Thank you kindly. 😊

Front desk staff were warm and helpful, but the hotel itself tells a very different story. The interior feels worn down, with clear signs of deferred maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout. Dusty light fixtures, stained walls, outdated in-room tech, and old phones give the space a neglected feel. With a bit more care and modernization, the experience could match the quality of the staff and the online pictures.

It needs more thorough cleaning everywhere, from the lobby to the guest room bathrooms. The hotel is comfortable overall, but it desperately needs it. The hallways were dirty every day, and the lobby was the same; apparently, no one was cleaning the public areas. The rooms were comfortable, but I didn't use the sofa for my one-year-old because the seats were covered in dog hair, and the rug under the TV was the same. One day, my baby dropped something under the sofa, and when I went looking for it… there were three dog balls covered in fur underneath! (Apparently, the housekeeping staff doesn't look or clean thoroughly, only where the king goes.) And the bathroom? Don't even get me started! The shower floor looked like I'd walked barefoot on the highway for a week and then went to shower. The glass door tracks were moldy. I don't understand how they can be more well-maintained and attractive when it's so easy to make an effort at cleaning, but they don't.
