Rooms were clean. The front was cleared of snow/ice but back parking lot was somewhat of a death trap. We loved that we were within walking distance of multiple family-friendly restaurants. The breakfast was nice. Turkey sausage was provided and pork sausage sandwiches were avaliable also. The juice machines were down during our stay but the waffles were made to order and the nuts and craidins were great on top of the oatmeal. We were not very close to the convention center, but it was a quick 12 minute drive. I was disappointed that there wasn't fresh filtered water provided at the front desk, but I would recommend this hotel.

The firm and lofty pillows were the best part of the stay!!! The hotel is very nice and the staff was very polite. August checked us in and was very kind and helpful.

If I could give this place absolutely zero stars. Disrespectful demoralizing the guest of the hotels guest. I actually witnessed horrific behavior and honestly I feel as if it was abuse in a way a couple weeks ago with a couple that was staying there. These people have absolutely zero reasons for being in this industry. Not even giving the guest an opportunity to make the situation that was bestowed upon them hold up for actual facts. They don’t give you a chance to figure out a solution. Instead just demoralizing and claiming someone is stealing and they need to leave even though their kid was in town with her mother at the hotel. I had to leave and no chance to formally figure this out. I since didn’t get to see my child. Now I have to go another 6 months to be able to see her for her mother thought I did something foolish to get kicked out. No just asked for items and then they were handed to me. I went into the linen closet. Yes. It was completely wide open. That’s a hazard and safety concern nevertheless against brand standard. All to get such needed items for my child and her mom. To then being outcasted right in the middle of the hallway. Im very disappointed and quite frankly disheartened with this behavior. Horrible experience horrible service horrible “hospitality”. Marriott…. You can do way better. The other Marriott properties in town kill it with customer service this one is probably worse than a motel off towsend ave in fort smith customer service. They have none except dismantling the Marriott name as well as running this property all the way into the ground!
