I don’t typically review places but my experience here was so awful. I was immediately dismissed and brushed off at the front desk. I was an hour early for check in and acknowledged that when giving my name. I was told it would be at least an hour and that she’d call me when it was ready. Totally fine, I sat down in the lobby waiting for an hour and a half. I walked up to the counter at that point and politely asked if my room was ready. It was and had been. They watched me sitting there for over an hour, patiently waiting, and had my keys waiting for me the entire time. They gave me a hard time about the prepay paperwork I had sent days earlier (work trip). I pulled it up on my phone, filled out, sent in, and accepted, they still were unsure. I finally got my keys and my room was so dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. I’m so disappointed in this experience and lack of kindness.
