I would like to give unqualified praise to a coloured reception lady who helped me on the morning of November 24th.I had booked a taxi through an agency but they failed to turn up! The taxi was due to take me to Fort Lauderdale Port to catch a Cruse ship and to get there promptly was vital! She responded magnificently to my crisis first by contacting my "booked" taxi who were less than helpful regarding my dilemma and them found me a substitute taxi by use of her local knowledge. She saved the day completely and I was able to embark the Cruise Ship! Full marks to her and the Hotel
