Overall, the hotel is pleasant, and I am staying in a very nice room. I’m happy with both the room itself and the staff — no complaints at all in that regard. However, when something breaks, unfortunately it takes a very long time to be repaired. For example, none of the washing machines or dryers have been working for about a month and a half. If you are staying at the hotel long-term, this becomes an impossible inconvenience. The suggested alternative — walking 20 minutes or driving 4 minutes to another hotel to do laundry — is not a good solution. If this had been an issue for just a week, it would be understandable. But a month and a half with no working washers or dryers is simply too much. Having only one elevator working is something you can tolerate, though it is not very convenient, since it is used both by guests and by staff, who often transport large housekeeping carts. We were able to use the pool only a few times. During our last visit, we noticed it clearly needed cleaning and the temperature was not appropriate. We informed the front desk, but considering the ongoing issues with the elevators and laundry machines, I honestly doubt the pool will receive proper attention anytime soon. It’s very disappointing that basic equipment repairs are being handled this way. The room itself and the staff are truly pleasant — but the maintenance situation significantly affects the overall experience.

We are currently staying at this hotel for an extended period of time, so we can provide a detailed review based on our ongoing experience. On the positive side, the location is very good. The hotel is conveniently situated close to cafés, restaurants, walking areas, and especially the hospital, which is very important for us. The staff are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The rooms are quite outdated. That would not be such a big issue if they were cleaned more thoroughly. There is a lot of dust around the air conditioner, and the curtains are very dirty. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. At the moment, one of the elevators has been out of order for over a month and a half. The washing machines and dryers have also not been working for the same amount of time. The pool is open, but the water is cloudy and cold. When we ask about repairs for the washing machines and dryers, we do not receive clear answers. The staff say they do not know. At first, the explanation was bad weather and snow, but more than a month and a half has passed, the weather has changed, and the machines are still not functioning. We are offered the option to use laundry facilities at another hotel, but this is very inconvenient and time-consuming. As long-term guests, this creates significant discomfort. Our repeated requests for updates are largely ignored. Overall, while the location and staff are positive aspects, the maintenance issues, cleanliness, and lack of communication make a long-term stay difficult.

Overall maintenance is lacking. One of the two elevators has been out of service for several days. The washing machines in the guest laundry room have been broken down for more than a week, with no sign of it getting better. The pool has been closed for nearly a year. Other than that, the rooms are suitable and the service friendly and understanding.
