Paying $23 for parking! They expressed partnership with Bass Pro but didn't police the area at 2:45 am 12/7/25 residence inn guest were doing donuts in the bass pro parking area with extremely loud exhaust systems keeping guest awake for hrs. Diffinately not staying here again.

The hotel is just fine. Breakfast was great. The lower star rating is the product from when I first arrived in the parking lot of the hotel. The initial impression I received was horrible. My buddy and his wife were already staying in a room and had just picked me up from the airport. They had already gotten me a room and they stayed the night before. We pulled in and parked the truck, but before we could even turn the truck off this rude security guard was barking at my buddy's wife to put a parking permit in the window. Now you've got three handicapped personnel in a vehicle in the process of parking in a handicap space. We move very slowly. All three of us are veterans two of which have combat. The money we spent at this hotel obviously was not enough to avoid being harassed before we could even turn the truck off. Fortunately for that security guard we were staying one more night thus we stayed reserved in our actions and verbage not knowing if there would be retaliation done to my friends vehicle while we were staying at the hotel. Living in fear is not a comfortable way to stay at a business that costs any amount of money. This was my very first interaction with somebody from Oklahoma City since I've never been here. And I was not impressed. It's very unfortunate. Customer service means a lot to me. This was not customer service. This was a little man barking because he had a little bit of authority and he wanted to make sure we knew he was in charge of the parking lot there.
